Grunden Ranch Morgans are proud of the Show Horses raised. We have had horses compete Internationally at the Combined Driving Events and have won. The Morgan Grand National has also had horses from the Grunden Ranch place at the top, both by ourselves and our customers.

Harlan Grunden has been a very active part of the program since it started. In all aspects from cleaning stalls, breaking, training, showing and breeding. This has been a full time commitment. After marrying Harlan in 1982, Tammy has spent many hours also working with the horses. Our children, Megan and Hance, both made their show ring debut at the age of 18 months in Lead-line classes. Since then, they have exhibited in Western, English, Pleasure Driving and Carriage classes. Our ranch is in the middle of Quarter horse country and our horses consistently hold their own in Open and 4-H shows in the area.

We have been known to use our horses moving cattle the day before going to a show. A buggy drive/ trail ride is hosted annually by Grunden Ranch Morgans, on the last Sunday in September. This is a good opportunity to enjoy the scenery and have a good visit with friends. We love to show our horses to visitors who are always WELCOME to stop in for a visit.
