RG Stuart's Monarch was bred and raised here on the Grunden Ranch. He is standing as our Senior Stallion. His sire is the legendary Funquest Monarch. He has a very beautiful head and a large kind eye which is typical of a Funquest bred horse, and he passes it on to his offspring. When on the move, he covers a lot of ground with his long stride, fluid trot. He consistently passes on the Flyhawk traits that Stuart Hazard and Harvey Grunden bred for.
